Alliance Membership and Sponsorship Program
Southport State High is committed to ensuring every student achieves their potential and seeks like-minded businesses to collaborate to ensure the Southport area continues to evolve as a world class community. The Southport State High Alliance is committed to:
- Creating opportunities for business promotion and networking
- Enriching curriculum through local business support
- Attracting work, apprenticeship, and work placement opportunities for
students - Capturing additional financial, physical and human resources for school
advancement
Business owners are encouraged to join the alliance and enjoy the range of promotional benefits offered by the sponsorship program. To join, download the membership form and business directory submission form, then email the completed forms to businessalliance@southportshs.eq.edu.au or return by post or in person.
Membership
Membership listing to the Southport State High Alliance is free, once you have attended one of our Business Alliance networking events. The listing will remain active for 12 months. Alternatively membership can be purchased for $25 for a 12 months period.

Partnerships
Partnerships are available for community-minded individuals or businesses interested in contributing to the future success of young people in the areas of:
1. Student Support
- Provision of school based traineeships/apprenticeships/work experience opportunities to current students
- Provision of bursaries or scholarships for students
2. Sponsorship
- Part or full sponsorship of a specific project or endeavor. This includes either donating funds or providing in-kind support for resource provision.
Partnership Levels
Platinum: $5000 + Negotiated
Gold: $2,000 – $5,000
Silver: $500 – $1,999
Bronze: $25 – $499

Partners will enjoy the opportunity of contributing to the Southport community, help develop our young people and with like-minded business people partners will also receive the benefits as outlined below.
