Welcome Runaway Bay Sport & Leadership Excellence Centre!

The Sports Super Centre was built at Runaway Bay on the Gold Coast as a training base for athletes from all over the world competing in the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.

The centre’s gym, pools and other elite facilities are now used by the general public and travelling teams, schools and other sporting groups from around the world.

The Sports Super Centre will also be an official training ground for international athletes competing in the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games (GC2018).
